Just like working with Paid Staff, working with people to help you complete your goal of creating a successful event will make things easier. The benefit of this staff of course is the minimal cost required for the amount of help that you will be receiving. Here are some of the benefits of having a team of volunteers:

–          Volunteers can come in great numbers, so with proper recruiting you can get all the staff you need and more!

–          Volunteers are willing and able to help with almost any task

The important thing to recognize is that the help you are getting is low cost or free. The volunteers are giving up their time to help, so the best thing you can do is give them a good experience.
